Difference between Head, Header, and Heading

Head, Header, Heading. These three words are very similar, but they mean different things in web development, especially in HTML.

Head

Head is the HTML element <head></head> contained in the HTML document, usually the place for <title></title>, <meta />, <link />, and <script></script> elements for machine processing information.

Header

Header is the HTML element <header></header> for sectioning contents, often used with <main></main> and <footer></footer>.

Heading

Headings are the 6 HTML elements from <h1></h1> to <h6></h6>.
